Winter 2025 Camps

We offer a variety of fun and engaging activities, including games, arts and crafts, team-building exercises, and imaginative play. Our goal is to keep kids active and entertained while fostering creativity and teamwork.

Our camps are designed for children of various age groups. Most of our programs cater to ages 5 to 12, and we are slowly adding more programs for teens. We ensure that activities are age-appropriate and engaging for all participants.

We offer camps during spring, summer, and winter breaks. Specific dates and times for each camp session will be available on our website, so be sure to check back for updates!

Registering for Camps is easy! Simply choose the camp session that works best for you and complete the registration process on our Parent Portal.

Please note that you will receive an invoice for payment within a few days following your registration. Your child's spot in the camp is confirmed following payment.

Yes, we ask that parents pack snacks and a lunch for their children to enjoy during camp, depending on the length of the day. We want to ensure that all kids are fuelled and ready for a day full of fun and activities!

Absolutely! We understand that many families sign up more than one child, so we offer a 10% sibling discount to make it easier for you. The discount will be applied on the invoice you receive.

The safety and well-being of our campers are our top priorities. We maintain a secure environment by following safety protocols, having trained staff on-site, and ensuring that all activities are age-appropriate and supervised. Parents can feel confident that their children are in good hands at Arrow Wood Games Kids Camps.

Feel free to drop off your kids up to 5 minutes before program start time and please ensure they are picked up no more than 5 minutes after the program ends.

Outside of this grace window, we have a firm late fee policy aimed at ensuring our staff can prepare for other events or get home to their own families after work. You can find the full policy in our FAQ.
